It looks like color profiling and management is not making it to the top of the list. Would you still consider doing this either through your app or on DVD or through online email instruction? If I could, I would vote again and again for this one! I am so enamored by the richness of the colors in your work, especially the wildlife. I suspect that it also has something to do with getting the perfect exposure and would be thrilled for you to teach about that too.
I’t still on my list though lower priority. I don’t know if there’s enough material to cover an entire DVD though, so it might be a short video available via the ipad app. 🙂
If you can’t wait we can certainly arrange something via email.
Could I send you a note and see what your thoughts might be about email and how you might like to charge? I would be glad to serve as a student for a trial run in preparation for a future app…… 🙂
Certainly, it’d probably be time based – let me know what you’d like to cover and I’ll figure something out. Probably best via email.
Hi Ming, I would like “Lightroom for extra dumb people”. Greetings.
Haha, that would also include me seeing as I’ve never used it before either 🙂
I think it would be really cool to have a video with three raw files such as a cinematic rainy day photo, a still life and a street shot (or some combination) and then have the video go through these in detail. Photos could be from you or a delegate or through a contest, etc..
Define ‘go through in detail’ – do you mean process or critique?
Process, the pictures would be solid images either picked by you or shot by you. The Raw files would come with the video.
Ah, workbook style. Yes, I did consider this…but it would have to be DVD only as there’s no way to distribute the entire package as a whole via the iPad app platform.
LOL Lightroom leading the way. 😛
It does look that way.
If you do one on shooting with the OMD/EM5, I would be in the market for it. (Something along the lines of particular opportunities and challenges afforded by the camera.)
Interesting. I think I cover most of this in my review though…
