Endless possibilities of the imagination – from The Idea of Man

Today’s post is a gentle reminder for the opening party for my exhibition “The Idea of Man”, at 6pm on Friday 2 October at the Rangefinder Gallery at Tamarkin Camera, Chicago. The exhibition itself runs from October 2-31 and is open to the public. In answer to many queries, they are almost all Ultraprints and they will be for sale in small editions. See you all there! MT

    Ming,

    I wish you the best in Chicago. My initial plan was to join you in the workshop and certainly at the gallery. However, stuff happens and a hard commitment has been on the books since before the class was announced. I’ve been hoping that if something came up, I’d still be able to join you at the gallery – that’s just not going to happen. Enjoy the show and all those that will be there anxiously awaiting their first hand experience with the UltraPrint.

    Won’t be able to make the opening but will check it out before I head to Prague. Will you be at the gallery any of the days before October 6? Would enjoy to say hello.

    By the way, check out the Berlanga gallery on the first floor of the Rangefinder building. They have a great exhibition right now by Steve Schapiro including his classic portrait of Magritte.
