Hi Ming! I was wondering: since I live near Venice (10 minutes by bus) but honestly I can’t afford the three days program (I’m getting married.. 🙂 ) would it be possible to meet for a single day? You can tell if possible and which day you would prefer.
Actually, Venice is a 6 day masterclass. Sorry, but I don’t have any spare time for individual students on this trip – I’m flying in the day before and out the day after. Honestly you might as well do the full six days; you’d be getting 100% personal attention for a day. I generally don’t do personal instruction as I have to bump something else to make room so the opportunity cost would mean commensurate pricing.
I understand that you cannot do personal instructions/lessons during a masterclass, and I was not asking for it 😉 I was simply wondering if there would be a chance to meet you and know you, knowing that you will be very busy.
Can you also tell me if there a re available places for your Email School? Thank you again for your attention and best wishes for your family!
I don’t think so because my schedule is pretty much back to back on this trip. I have one free day at the end but my wife will probably kill me if I don’t spend it with her :p
As for the email school – people seem to be a bit slow with assignments this month, so I’ve got no free spots at the moment but a few people on the waiting list. I could add you if you wish?

Chicago is one great place for street photography. It is also a foodie paradise.

Don’ miss Frank Lloyd Wright’s neighborhood in Oak Park. If anyone is interested there is a “Chicago” menu button in the header of my blog. I used to go up there regularly, but my reason for going moved back to Texas.
